2000年～2003年粪肠球菌耐药率调查

Investigation of antibiotic resistant rate of Enterococcus faecium during 2000～2003

〔目的〕了解粪肠球菌对万古霉素、高水平庆大霉素以及其他四种常用抗生素的耐药状况 ,指导临床合理用药。〔方法〕分别对 2 0 0 0年～ 2 0 0 3年我院微生物室分离的 3 43株粪肠球菌进行抗生素的耐药率统计 ,分析粪肠球菌的耐药变化。〔结果〕3 41株粪肠球菌对万古霉素敏感 ,2株中介度。青霉素、阿米卡星、环丙沙星和阿齐红霉素的耐药率逐年上升。

〔Objective〕 To investigate the drmg resistance of Enterococcus faecium to vancomycin,high-level gentamycin and other 4 antibiotics to provide guidance for clinical practice.〔Methods〕 The changes in drmg resistance of 343 strains of Enterococcus faecium in our hospital during 2000～2003 were determined.〔Results〕 Of the 343 strains of Enterococcus faecium,341 were sensitive to vancomycin.The rate of its drmg resistance to penicillin,amikacin,ciprofolxacin and azithromycin increased by each subsequent year.〔Conclusions〕 Caution must be taken to medicine for HLGR Enterococcus faecium.
