摘要
目的用比值结果来探讨高脂血症患者血清载脂蛋白与各项血脂含量之间的关系。方法在全自动生化分析仪上用免疫比浊法测定671例高脂血症和262例健康人的血清ApoAⅠ、AⅡ、B、CⅡ、CⅢ、E含量,并用比值结果分析高脂血症患者Apo与TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的关系。结果与对照组比较,高脂血症时,ApoAⅠ/APOAⅡ比值明显降低(P<0.01)。ApoCⅡ/ApoCⅢ、LDL-C/HDL-C、nHDL-C/HDL-C比值明显升高(P<0.01)。LDL-C/ApoB比值在高胆固醇血症组升高,高甘油三酯和混合型高脂血症组下降(P<0.01)。nHDL-C/ApoB比值高胆固醇血症组和混合型高脂血症组升高,高甘油三酯组降低。结论用比值结果分析血清载脂蛋白与血脂含量的变化,有助于阐明高脂血症的发病机理以及血脂代谢紊乱与冠心病和动脉粥样硬化等疾病的相关性。
Objective To study the relationship between of serum lipid and apolipoprotein levels in hyperlipidemia. Method The serum levels of apolipoprotein AⅠ、AⅡ、B、CⅡ、CⅢ、E were detected in 671 patients with hyperlipidemia and 262 age-matched normolipidmic control subjects by immunoturbidimetry. The relationship between apoliprotein and TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C were analysed according their ratio. Results Compared with the normal subjects, the ratio of APOAⅠ and ApoAⅡ was significantly lower than that in hyperlipidmia group (P<0.01). The ratio of ApoCⅡ and ApoCⅢ, LDL-C and HDL-C, nHDL-C and HDL-C were all significantly higher that those in hyperlipidmia group respectively(P<0.01). ratio of LDL-C and APOB was significantly higher than that in hypercholesterolemia group, but was significantly lower than those in hypertriglyceridemia and mixed hyerlipidmia group(P<0.01). The ratio of nHDL-C and APOB was significanlty higher than those in hypercholesterolemia group and mixed hyperlipidmia group, but was significanlty lower than those in hypertriglyceridemia group (P<0.01). Conclusion It is useful to research the relationship of the serum lipid and coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis from analysing the ratio between the serum lipid and apolipoprotein in hyperlipidemia.
