绝热硝化法是目前国际上生产硝基苯和硝基氯苯最先进的方法 ,环形硝化反应器可以设置足够大的换热面积 ,为低温硝化提供了可能 ,方便了操作 ,保证了生产安全。连续法中温碱熔具有经济实用、空 时收率高、易于操作 ,适用于J酸、S酸、2R酸、K酸和H酸等的生产。
The adiabatic nitration is the most advance way to produce nitrobenzene and nitrochlorobenzene, and the ring nitration reactor can give large enough area for heat-exchange, enable nitration under lower temperature with convenience and safety for production. Continuous alkaline fusion at medium-temperature exhibits high space-time yield and easy operation, and it is economic and practical and can be used in production of J-acid, S-acid, 2R-acid, K-acid and H-acid.
