摘要
本文用高压液相色谱法分析了满江红属两个常见种——蕨状满江红、卡洲满江红在自然生长条件下内源多胺水平及其组分,发现二者皆含自由态腐胺、亚精胺、精胺和束缚态亚精胺、精胺,并且自由态多胺水平高于束缚态多胺;两种满江红内源多胺各相对组分含量差别不大(除亚精胺和束缚态精胺外),但比例关系很不同。本文还初步探讨了蕨状满江红在不同盐浓度处理下内源多胺量的变化与其生育的关系,结果表明:腐胺、束缚态亚精胺可能以某种方式参与盐胁迫反应,自由和束缚态亚精胺、精胺与满江红正常生长发育和衰老有关。
In this paper,the constituents and Levels of endogenous polyamins of A. filiculoides and A. caroliniana cultured under natural conditions were analysed by usingHPLC method. Both free polyamines such as putrescine, spermidine and spermine andconjugate polyamines consisting of bound-spermidine and bouned spermine were found in them. The levels of free polyamines were higher that of bound-spermine in either of them. The content of each constituent of polyamines except from spermidine and spermine in A. filiculoides had slight difference from that in A. caroliniana ,but the proportions of them were quite different. The relations between endogenous polyamines of A. filiculo ides treated with saline solution at different concentration and its growth and development were researched in this experiment. The results showed that putrescine and bound- spermidine may be involved in the reaction to salt stress in some way,while free and conjugate spermidine and spermine have relations with the normal growth and developemt and senescence of A. filiculoides.
