摘要
本文通过对物料在鼠笼筛外表面上的运动规律分析,讨论物料喂入角及物料被前、后筛抛离的运动轨迹等问题,并在试验台上用高速摄影定性地观察验证了理论分析的结果,从而为鼠笼筛清粮装置的设计和应用提供了理论依据。
In this paper through theoretical analysis of the motion law followed by the materials moving on the outside surface of squirrel-cage sieve,the feeding angle and the motion trace of materials were discussed. In laboratory experiment by means of high speed photography, the result of theoetical analysia was verified qualitatively. Consequently it provides a theoeti-cal basis for the design and application of squirrel-cage sieve cleaning unit.
