摘要
本文对生长调节剂在离体培养条件下打破桃幼胚休眠的效应作了初步探讨。结果表明,在改良MS培养基(含0.02%活性炭)中加入10mg/L的6-BA,可使早熟桃品种“新端阳”的幼胚不经低温处理而取得较好的解除休眠效果。该结果对于简化培养程序、缩短出苗时间以及降低成本有一定意义。
Studies on breaking dormancy of the peach embryo in vitro culture by growth regultors were conducted. The results showed that 10 mg/L 6-BA added to modifed MS medium induced the germination of the young embryos of earl-maturing peach and higher rate of normal plantlers was obtained.
