摘要
对几起850型带锯机失效主轴的断口形貌及应力情况进行了分析,结果表明:主轴的断裂是在弯扭交变载荷作用下的随机疲劳断裂,疲劳源主要是主轴部件因材料含杂以及加工、安装不当所引起的微裂纹。同时指出在选用高强度钢时,既要保证强度δ_s又要考虑材料的断裂韧性K_(?)。
In this paper,some studies were made on broken appearance and stress which the spindle of 850 Saw Machine lost efficacy. The result showde :the breaking of the spindle was caused at random by tiredness at the action of load that had been bent and changed. The source of the tirdeness was that the parts of the spindle produced small crackle since the material con-tained impurity and the processing and the fixing were inappropriate . At the same time this paper potnted out,not only the strength must be assured but also the material toughness k . broken must be considered when the higy strength steel was used.
