摘要
以亚麻油为原料,经皂化酸解制备混合脂肪酸,混合脂肪酸与尿素及甲醇在1∶3.0∶4.5(W/W/V)的条件下脲包纯化,得到富含α 亚麻酸的不饱和脂肪酸产品,纯度经气相色谱分析α 亚麻酸含量达91.3%.
The mixture fatty acids were prepared by saponification and acidolysis of linseed oil. These acids were purified through the urea adduct method by the ratio of fatty acid, urea and methanol with 1∶3.0∶4.5(W/W/V). The α-linolenic acid content in the final product was 91.3% by gas chromatography.
