摘要
首次对微甘菊进行愈伤组织继代培养进行了研究.继代增殖培养优化条件为:添加的激素比例为2,4-D0 5mg/L+NAA2 0mg/L+KT0 5mg/L+BA0 5mg/L;光照培养16h/d,光照强度2000lx;配合添加5 0mg·L-1L-抗坏血酸和15%椰汁.经反复继代培养,微甘菊愈伤组织褐变有效减缓,并获得良好的增殖效果.
The subculture of callus of Mikaaniamicrantha Kunth has been researched. The subculture conditions had been optimized, that were culturing in light 16h/d with light intensity 2000lx and the addition of coconut juice 15%, 5.0mg·L^(-1)Vc, 2,4-D0.5 mg/L+NAA2.0 mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L+BA0.5 mg/L.The browning of the callus of Mikaaniamicrantha Kunth could be effectively inhibited.Meanwhile,the good growth effect was obtained.
