以低聚木糖和樱桃为主要原料,发酵制成樱桃醋饮料.介绍了醋饮料的生产工艺,并通过正交试验,探讨了合理的配方和加工技术.
Fermented vinegar beverage compound drink was made with xylooligosaccharides and cherry as main ingredients. The technique of the fermented vinegar beverage processing was introduced. The formula and main processing technology of the drink were studied by orthogonal experiment.
