摘要
济钢第三炼钢厂 12 0t转炉采用顶底复吹冶炼技术 ,底吹系统应用LD -KGC弱搅拌供气系统 ,采用集管式风口砖 ,氮气和氩气为底吹搅拌气体。与普通顶吹转炉相比 ,顶底复吹转炉具有吹炼平稳、冶炼时间短、可生产超低碳钢种( 0 0 1%~ 0 .0 0 3 %C)和低磷钢等特点 ,金属收得率可提高 1% ,氧耗可降低 8%。
The 120t converter in Jigang adopts top-bottom blowing technology, and the bottom blowing system adopts LD-KGC weak stirring system feeding N_(2 )and O_(2 ) with manifold tuyere brick. Compared with general top-blown oxygen converter, the top-bottom converter has many characters such as bowing calmly, short smelting time, can producing ultra-low-carbon steel (0.01%~0.003%C) and low-phosphorus steel, the metal yield can be increased by 1% and the oxygen consumption can be reduced by 8%.
