注射用阿莫西林钠稳定性考察

Study on Stability of Amoxicillin Sodium for Injection

本论文的目的是考察注射用阿莫西林钠的稳定性。我们分别采用下列方法:注射用阿莫西林钠在高温、高湿及光照条件下放置10天;在上市包装40℃、相对湿度75%条件下放置6个月,考察其外观,检测其 Ph 值、溶液的澄清度与颜色、相关物质及含量的变化。结果表明,相关的参数变化较小,说明本品稳定性较好。

Aim:Observing the stability of Amoxicillin Sodium for Injection.Method:The product is placed under the following conditions separately:lighted under higher temperature and higher relative humidity for 10 days;stored under 40℃ and relative humidity of 75% for 6 months with market package.Then we detect the changes of appearance,PH,clarity,color of solution,rel- ative substance and assay.Result:the related parameters have less variational.We can conclude that the stability of the product is well.
