摘要
目的:合成α呋喃丙烯酸乙酯。方法:糠醛与丙二酸在以吡啶的催化作用下进行 E.Kno-evenagal、O.Doebner 的反应而得到α呋喃丙烯酸,再过与乙醇的酯化反应合成α呋喃丙烯酸乙酯。该酯的香气特征为焦糖样甜香并兼有轻微的水果香气,其紫外吸收特性是能够有效吸收 UV—B 区域(280~320nm)的紫外光。结果:通过对α呋喃丙烯酸乙酯的化验,各项指标基本达到工艺标准。结论:提高乙醇利用率,得到高纯度的α呋喃丙烯酸乙酯。
Objective:Synthesizeα—Furan crylic ethyl ester.Method:Catalyzed by pyridine, furfural reacted with propyl diacid under E.Knoevenagal reation.Then α—Furan crylic acid syn- thesized was esterified with ethanol to form α—Furan crylic ethyl ester2,which has characterized fragrance like caramel.The characterized UV absorbance of the ester is within 280~ 320nm.Results:All the data complied with specification.Conclusion:α—Furan crylic ethyl ester with high purity was produced,meantime,the usage percent of ethanol was increased.
