摘要 目的 :探讨谷光甘肽转硫酶 (GSTM1、 T1)基因多态性与急性白血病个体遗传易感性的关系。方法 :采用 Meta分析方法对筛选出的国内外相关的病例对照研究进行综合定量分析。结果 :GSTM1、 GSTT1基因缺失型及 M1- T1双重缺失型可增加急性白血病的危险性 ,其综合 OR值分别为 1.4 5 3、 1.4 18和 2 .5 35。结论 :GSTM1、 GSTT1基因缺失可能是急性白血病发生的危险因素之一。 Objective:To study the effect of glutathion S-transferase M1,T1 genetic polymorphism in the development of acute leukemia.Methods:The results of related studies from 1991 to 2002 were analyzed by the means of Meta-analysis.Results:The null genotype of GSTM1,T1 might increase acute leukemia risk.Conclusion:It suggests that individuals with GSTM1,T1 deletion might be susceptibility to acute leukemia.
