同安区居民癌症负担中早死所致生命损失分析

AN ANALYSIS ON LIFE LOST WITH PREMATURE DEATH OUT OF THE CANCER BURDEN OF RESIDENTS IN TONG AN COUNTY.

目的 :了解 1990～ 2 0 0 1年同安区居民癌症负担中因早死所致生命损失。方法 :采用世界银行全球疾病负担评价指标体系和 1990～ 2 0 0 1年同安区死亡登记报告资料 ,分析恶性肿瘤给同安区居民健康造成的损失。结果 :肝癌、食管癌、胃癌因早死所致生命损失年 (YL LS)占恶性肿瘤总 YL LS76 .5 6 %。其中 ,肝癌在恶性肿瘤 YL LS顺位中位居第一。肺癌 YL LS呈上升趋势。因早死所致生命损失主要发生在 30～ 74岁年龄组人群。结论 :消化道恶性肿瘤 ,尤其肝癌是危害该区居民生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤。

Objective:To study years of life lost with premature death out of the cancer burden of residents in Tong'an county,Fujian province from 1990 to 2001.Methods:Employ the index system of the globe burden of disease that comes from the World Bank and the data of death register in Tong'an from 1990 to 2001 to analyze health lost of residents in Tong'an induced by malignant tumors.Results:YLL S (Years of Life Lost with Premature Death) of liver cancer,esophageal cancer and stomach cancer occupy 75.56% of the sum of YLL S of malignant tumors.Among them,liver cancer takes the first in the sequence of YLL S of malignant tumors.And YLL S of lung cancer has the trend of ascent.Life lost with premature death mainly happen in age group of 30 to 74.Conclusions:Digestive tract malignant tumors,particular liver cancer,are the main malignant tumors that endanger residents' health in Tong'an county.
