保健食品提高缺氧耐受力功能实验结果分析

THE ANALYSIS OF THREE INDEXES IN ENHANCING ANOXIA ENDURANCE FUNCTION TESTS.

目的 :探讨小鼠性别 ,级别和种系对提高缺氧耐受力功能检测 3个指标 -常压耐缺氧时间 (A- time) ,亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间 (B- tim e) ,急性脑缺血性缺氧时间 (C- time)的影响以及 3个指标相关性。方法 :卫生部《保健食品功能学评价程序与检验方法规范》。结果 :级别间比较 ,ICR小鼠 :1级的 B- time和 C- tim e小于 2级 ;昆明种小鼠 :3级雄性的 B- tim e,C- time小于 2级 ,3级雌性小鼠 B- time小于 2级小鼠。性别间比较 ,2级昆明种 :雄性小鼠 A- tim e小于雌性 ;3级昆明种小鼠 :雄性 B-tim e和 C- tim e小于雌性。种系间比较 ,昆明种 2级雌性小鼠 B- tim e小于 ICR种 2级雌性小鼠。以上差别均有统计显著性。 3个功能指标有正相关关系 ,A - time与 B- tim e相关度较高 ,相关系数为 0 .6 0 9。结论 :缺氧耐受力功能检测 3个指标受小鼠级别 ,性别 ,种系影响 ,但影响性质和程度各不一致 ,3个指标的检测结果有较好的相关性。

Objective:In order to learn about the effects that features of mice,including genders,species,and bio-cleaned grades,on those 3 indexes of enhancing anoxia endurance function tests,and the correlation between indexes.Methods:Tests procedures are the same as assessment of enhancing anoxia endurance function published by ministry of health R.P.China.Results:Compared between bio-clean grades,the survival time after sodium nitrite employed and gasp time after head cut are longer for female ICR mice with grade 2 than for grade 1; the survival time after sodium nitrite and gasp time after head cut are longer for male Kunming mice with grade 2 than for grade 3; the survival time after sodium nitrite is longer for female Kunming mice with grade 2 than for grade 3.Compared between genders,the survival time of acute anoxia is longer for female Kuming mice than for male mice with grade 2; the survival time after sodium nitrite and gasp time after head cut are longer for Kuming female mice than for the male mice with grade 3.Compared between species,the survival time after sodium nitrite is longer for ICR female mice than for Kuming female mice with grade 2.Differences mentioned above are all statistics significance.3 indexes are correlated and show the same tendency.Conclusion:Genders,species and bio-cleaned grades have different influence on these 3 indexes and these 3 indexes are correlated with each other with the same tendency.
