小学生心血管功能评价方法及标准的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨 30 s 30次蹲起试验是否适合于评价小学生的心血管系统功能 ,研究制订小学生心功指数的正常范围及等级标准 ,为小学生体育锻炼提供依据。方法选择成都市两所普通小学的 3~ 6年级的身体健康的学生作为研究对象。采用 30 s 30次蹲起负荷试验进行测试。结果 :各性别各年龄组小学生心功指数呈正态分布 ;各性别各年龄组间的心功指数差异有显著性 ;9岁年龄组男生心功指数与女生差异无显著性 ,10、 11、 12岁年龄组男生心功指数高于女生。男生除 9岁与 10岁组比较、 11岁与 12岁组比较差异无显著性外 ,其它各组差异均有显著性。女生除 9岁组与 12岁比较差异有显著性外 ,其它各组差异均无显著性。小学生心功指数与年龄呈负相关。结论 :30 s 30次蹲起试验适合于评价小学生心血管系统功能。以此试验制订的标准是可行的。 ObjectiveTo discuss if the test of 30 times squatting and rising load per 30 seconds is suitable for evaluating elementary students' heart and blood vessel function and to study the natural range and the grading standard of elementary students' heart function index in order to provide a basis for exercise of elementary students.Methods:Healthy pupils from Grade 3 to Grade 6 of two common elementary schools in Chengdu city were studied with the test.Results:The variable heart function index of elementary students is normal distribution and different at each aged group and gender.Heart function index of schoolboys was different from that of schoolgirl in 9 year age group and was hyper to heart function index of schoolgirls in 10,11and 12 year age group.Every group's index of schoolboy was different accept 9 year age group comparing with 10 year age group and 11 year age group with 12 year age group .Every group's index of schoolgirl wasn't different accept 9 year age group comparing with 12 year age group.Heart function index of elementary students is negatively relative to age.Conclusion:This test is suitable for evaluating elementary students' heart and blood vessel function .The standard which is set up according to the test is feasible.
