多中心DXA骨密度仪测量误差比较

COMPARISON OF MEASUREMENT ERROR OF DUAL X-RAY ABSORPTIEOMETRY IN MULTICENTER TRIALS.

目的 :分析不同中心的测量误差及精度误差。方法 :采用两因素重复测量资料的方差分析比较不同中心的测量误差 ,Feltz和 Miller的 D’AD检验比较多中心的相对精度误差。结果 :中心和不同测量部位间存在交互作用 ,按不同部位分析测量的相对精度误差 ,得出不同中心间的精度误差不全相同。结论 :DXA骨密度仪测量误差受多种因素影响 ,多中心比较时应选用合适的分析方法。

Objective:To compare measurement error of different centers.Methods:Analysis of Variance for repeated measurement data was used to compare multicentrial measurement error.And Feltz,Miller's D'AD test was used to compare relative precision error.Results:The interaction between center and position of measurement was found,and difference of relative precision among multicenters was tested.Conclusion:The measurement error could be influenced by many factors.Appropriate statistic methods should be used to analyze it.
