间隔流动注射分析技术测定水中酚的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :为间隔流动注射分析仪在水中酚的测定分析研究中的应用提供试验依据。方法 :对 Skalar SAN Plus间隔流动注射分析仪的线性范围、精密度、加标回收率进行了测定。并对同一样品采用间隔流动注射分析仪和国标法手工测定其加标酚含量 ,进行了比较研究。结果 :Skalar间隔流动注射分析仪分析水中酚 ,工作曲线线性范围在 1~ 4 0μg/L ,最低检出浓度为 1.0μg/L ;方法的精密度优良 ;平均回收率在 98.6 %~ 10 0 .3%之间 ,精密度和回收率的相对标准偏差均 <5 %。与手工的国标方法比较差异无显著性。结论 :该方法具有很高的精密度和准确性 ,方法稳定可靠。方法的性能参数符合国家卫生部《生活饮用水卫生规范》对方法的要求。 Objective:To provide a experimental basis for flow injection analysis application to determination hydroxybenzene in water.Methods:Linearity, precision and spiking recoveries were determined. Comparison research was done on Flow injection analysis and National Health Ministry accreditation method.Results:The results showed that the linearity range was 1(40μg/L, and Method Detect Limit was 1.0μg/L, the range of average recovery was 98.6~100.3%, the RSD of precision and recovery was totally less than 5%. No significant difference was showed between flow injection analysis and National Health Ministry accreditaion method in determination performance.Conclusions:The Flow injection analysis application to determination hydroxybenzene in water will be a good method since its good precision , accuracy and stability as well as identical to National Health Ministry criterion.
