进行性胃癌全胃切除术的疗效及淋巴结转移规律的研究(附110例全胃切除分析)

Study on Therapeutic Effects of Total Gastrectomy of Gastric Cancer and on the Regularity of Lymphoglandular Metastasis

作者分析了1204例胃癌手术,237例施行了全胃切除术,术后满5年者儿0例。文中对手术并发症及切除淋巴结数、转移率、转移淋巴结数及转移度的关系和随访结果进行讨论,认为Ⅱ期以上进行性胃癌,行全胃及胃周围淋巴结清扫,应是胃癌手术的首选术式。

Analysis of treatment results for 1204 cases that underwent opration for gastric cancer is reported.Of them,237 cases underwent total gastrectomy;while 110 cases had survived for 5 years after operation.Besides the results of follow-ups,the relations of complication to the number of lymph nodes resected,rate of metastasis,metastatic lymphoglandulas and the degree of metastasis are also discussed.The author holds the opinion that first choice regimen for progressive gastric cancer severer than phase Ⅱ should be total gastrectomy and the cleaning of the lymph nodes around the stomach.
