三种腹部皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的疗效

Repair of finger skin defect with three kinds of abdominal flap

目的探讨应用腹部随意皮瓣、腹部皮管及腹股沟轴型皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的疗效。方法我院自1996～2003年应用腹部随意皮瓣、腹部皮管及腹股沟轴型皮瓣修复手指脱套伤、离断伤后皮肤软组织缺损35例。结果术后皮瓣全部成活,随访6个月～3年,伤指外形和皮瓣质地良好,指间关节活动度达功能位,患指痛、温觉、触觉有恢复。结论应用三种腹部皮瓣修复手指脱套伤、离断伤后皮肤软组织缺损具有安全、可靠,成活率高,手指外形不臃肿等优点。

Objective To study the clinical effect of repairing degloving injury or amputation of finger with abdominal skin flap.Methods From 1996 to 2003, we treated 35 cases with fingers degloving injury or fingertip amputation by random abdominal flap, abdominal tubed pattern flap,tubed axial pattern flap with the inferior epigastric artery or superficial epigastric artery. Results All the skin flaps survived. Following-up from 6 months to 3 years, the contour of hands were fine, and the motion of interphalangeal joint achieved functional recovery, and the sensation of pain, temperature and tactile recovered well. Conclusion The application of abdominal skin flap is reliable and convenient in treatment of fingers degloving injury or fingertip amputation, which can obtain high survival rate and good contour.
