超声对卵巢内胚窦瘤的诊断价值

Value of Two-dimensional Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Endodermal Sinus Tumor in Ovary

目的 探讨超声对卵巢内胚窦瘤的诊断价值。方法 10例拟诊为卵巢内胚窦瘤的患者 ,术前 10 d行二维及彩色多普勒检查 ,观察其声像图特征 ,术后经病理组织学验证。结果 10例中有 8例为卵巢内胚窦瘤患者 ,超声诊断符合率为 80 %。其中 7例为单侧 ,1例双侧 ,声像图特征 :不均匀混合回声 ,见大片网状及囊状暗区。 1例为均质低回声。结论 以二维超声为基础 ,结合彩色多普勒血流显像 ,可以提高卵巢内胚窦瘤的诊断率。

Objective To evaluate the value of two-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endodermal sinus tumor in ovary.Methods Ten suspected diagnostic endodermal sinus tumor patients were examined on the tenth day before operation with two dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography and to observe the ultrasonographic image features.Post-operative pathology was carried out to prove the results.Results Eight cases(8/10)had endodermal sinus tumor in ovary and the accurate rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 80%.Among these cases,the single side tumors existed in seven cases and the double side ones existed in one case.The ultrasonographic image features were:mixed echo in the majority and large reticular and cystic dark areas were found.One case had uniform low echoes.Conclusions Correct diagnosis rate can be improved by color Doppler flow imaging on the basis of two-dimensional ultrasonography.
