高频彩超在诊断睾丸肿瘤中的价值

Clinical Value of High Frequency and Colour Doppler Ultrasound for Diagnosis of Testis Tumors

目的 探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在睾丸肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 通过对睾丸占位性病变二维图像和彩色血流动力学分析 ,进行超声诊断 ,并与手术病理结果相对照。结果 超声诊断符合率高达96 % ,并对肿瘤的腹腔腹膜后转移有很好的显示。结论 高频彩超不仅对睾丸肿瘤的诊断符合率高 ,而且对其继发病变和评价治疗效果均具有重要作用 ,是诊断睾丸肿瘤的有效方法之一。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of high frequency and colour Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of testis tumors.Methods Two-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging and colour Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)were used to diagnose testis tumors compared with pathology.Results The results showed that the diagnostic accuracy rate was 96%,and that ultrasound could reveal very good manifestations for abdomonal and retroperitoneal metastatic tumors.Conclusions High frequency and colour Doppler ultrasound have both high diagnotic correlation rate of the testis tumors and superiority to evaluate the curative effective rate of matastatic lesions Ultrasonography is one of the valid methods in diagnosing testis tumors.
