摘要
目的 :对田基黄的化学成分进行研究。方法 :用多种色谱方法对田基黄乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行化学成分的分离 ,并用波谱技术鉴定其化学结构。结果 :从田基黄中分离得到了 7个黄酮类化合物经鉴定为山柰酚 (Ⅰ )、槲皮素 (Ⅱ )、5 ,7,3′ ,4′ 四羟基 3 甲氧基黄酮 (Ⅲ )、槲皮苷 (Ⅳ )、异槲皮苷 (Ⅴ )、槲皮素 7 O 鼠李糖苷 (Ⅵ )、3,5 ,7,3′ ,5′ 五羟基二氢黄酮醇 (Ⅶ )。结论 :田基黄中含有丰富的黄酮类化合物 ,其中化合物Ⅲ。
AIM:To study the active constituents of Hypericum japonicum Thumb.ex Murray.METHOD:The EtOAc fraction from EtOH ext.of Hypericum japonicum was isolated by column chromatography.The structrues of chemical constituents were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and by comparison with the data reported in literature.RESULT:Seven flavonoids were isolated from the dried herb of Hypericum japonicum ,and identified as kaempferol(Ⅰ),quercetin(Ⅱ),5,7,3′,4′ tetrahydroxy 3 methoxy flavone(Ⅲ),quercitrin(Ⅳ),isoquercitrin(Ⅴ),quercetin 7 O rhamnoside(Ⅵ),3,5,7,3′,5′ pentahydroxy flavonol(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION:There are plenty of flavonoids in Hypericum japonicum, and compounds Ⅲ and Ⅶ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
