摘要
目的 :建立一种白花前胡有效的质量控制方法。方法 :白花前胡药材甲醇超声提取 ,采用HPLC/MS/MS联用方法分析。色谱柱为AlltamiC 18(4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ;流动相为甲醇 水 (75∶2 5 ) ;紫外检测波长为 32 0nm ;离子源 :ESI。结果 :鉴定了白花前胡中的 8个香豆素类化合物 ,其中一个化合物首次从白花前胡中发现。结论
AIM:To develop a HPLC/MS/MS method for the separation and identification of constituents in Radix Peucedani,the dried root of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn METHOD:Radix Peucedani extract was separated on a Thermo Finnigan LCQ Advantage and Surveyor equipped with an Alltami C 18(4 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column which was eluted with 75% methanol at a flow rate of 1 ml/min Forty percent of effluent was introduced directly to the electrospray interface RESULT:Eight pyranocumarins were identified by MS/MS spectrum analysis and by comparing with standard compounds as Pd Ib,peucedanumarin II,praeruptorin A,peucedanumarin I,praeruptorin B,praeruptorin E,qianhucoumarin H and 3′,4′ diisovaleryloxy dihydroseselin The compound 3′,4′ diisovaleryloxy dihydroseselin is found for the first time in Radix Peucedani CONCLUSION:The HPLC/MS/MS method is an effective quality control method for Radix Peucedani
