腰椎后路椎体间融合联合椎弓根螺钉系统治疗腰椎滑脱症 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察腰椎后路椎体间融合联合应用椎弓根螺钉系统治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效.方法:应用腰椎后路椎体间融合联合椎弓根螺钉系统复位内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症36例.其中,退行性滑脱30例,椎弓根峡部不连滑脱6例;Ⅰ度滑脱29例,Ⅱ度滑脱7例.结果:经8～24个月的随访,所有患者症状均缓解,未发生神经系统并发症及感染,未发现断钉现象,椎体间融合好.结论:椎弓根螺钉系统复位联合椎体间融合是治疗腰椎滑脱症的有效方法.
