摘要 目的 研究低氧诱导因子 (HIF) - 1α和 - 2αmRNA在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应 (RT PCR)方法检测 2 6例肾透明细胞癌组织、15例远离肿瘤的癌周肾脏组织及 5例良性疾病肾脏组织中HIF 1α和HIF 2αmRNA的表达情况。结果 HIF 1αmRNA在肾透明细胞癌标本组织中的表达较在对照组织中增高 ,但这种差异没有统计学意义 (P =0 .0 5 3) ;所有肾透明细胞癌标本和部分对照肾脏组织中均有HIF 2αmRNA的表达 ,肾透明细胞癌中的表达较对照组织明显增高并具有显著统计学意义 (P =0 .0 0 16 )。结论 HIF Purpose: To investigate the clinical value of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) mRNA and hypoxia inducible factor-2α(HIF- 2α) mRNA expression in renal clear cell cancer (RCCC). Methods: RT-PCR was used to examine the expression level of HIF-1α and HIF-2α mRNAs in the tumor tissue from 26 patients with RCCC. The control group comprise the tissue of benign real diseases and the part far from the tumor in the kidney. Results: Compared with the control group, the expression level of HIF-1α mRNA and HIF-2α mRNA in RCCC was much higher. For HIF-2α mRNA, there was a significant difference between tumors and the control group (P = 0.001 6), while the difference of HIF-1α mRNA expression was not statistically significant (P = 0.53). Conclusions: HIF-2α may be a important factor for the development and progression of the renal clear cell cancer.
