摘要
针对胜坨油田特高含水开发后期地层出砂严重和普遍的问题,开展了乳化脲醛树脂固砂剂的研究。筛选出了固化剂、偶联剂和表面活性剂,确定了乳化脲醛树脂固砂剂的最佳配方,考察了各因素对固结体性能的影响。结果表明,该乳化脲醛树脂固砂剂成本低,实现了乳化脲醛树脂的自乳化和单液法施工,可用于多层生产井的分层和选层固砂,施工工艺简单,固结体抗压强度高,渗透率损失小。在胜坨油田固砂试验13井次,成功率100%。
The emulsive urea - formaldehyde resin sand - consolidating agent was prepared for universal problem of severely produced sand at the end of exploilation of oilfield with high hydrous reservoir. The firming agent, coupling agent, and surfactant were screened. The optimum composition of emulsive urea - formaldehyde resin sand -consolidating agent was selected. The effects of influencing factors on consolidating body were investigated. The amount of the emulsive urea - formaldehyde resin was 15% - 20% . It had low cost. It carried out automatic emul-sification and operation by single liquid method successfully. The emulsive urea - formaldehyde resin could be used to consolidate sand at delaminating and selecting fraction of produced wells. It had simple construction technology, high compression strength, and low permeability loss. The field experiments of 13 wells in Shengtuo Oilfield showed that its technological success rate was 100% .
