摘要
目的 了解血浆内皮素 (ET)、血栓素 (TXB2 )、前列环素 (PGF1 a)在高血压病中的作用。方法 应用放射免疫分析法测定 5 5例高血压患者、38例正常人血浆中 ET、TXB2 、PGF1 a含量。结果 高血压患者血浆中 ET、TXB2水平非常显著地高于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 PGF1 a水平则显著地低于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,与血压的高低密切有关。结论 高血压患者血管内皮细胞存在内分泌功能紊乱、ET合成释放增加 ,PGF1 a水平降低 ,两者反馈调控失衡 。
Objective To study the role of plasma ET,TXB 2 and PGF 1a in the case of hypertension.Methods The concentration of plasma ET,TXB 2 and PGF 1a levels were detected by radioimmunoassay in 55 patients with hypertension and 38 normal controls.Results The plasma ET and TXB 2 levels in patients with hypertension were significantly higher than those in normal controls( P <0.01),while plasma PGF 1a levels remarkably lower( P <0.01).The score index of hypertension was significantly correlated to the levels of plasma ET,TXB 2 and PGF 1a levels.Conclusion Endocrine functional disorder of vessels results in increase of ET and decrease of PGF 1a .The normal feed-back modulation mechanism might be disturbed.It plays an important role in the pathogensis of hypertension.
