强力宁合并西米替丁治疗过敏性紫癜临床观察

Research of clinical value of QiangLiNing combined with cimetidine in the treatment of children with anaphylactic purpura

目的 探讨儿童过敏性紫癜的治疗方法以利早日缓解症状 ,减少和延缓肾脏损害的发生。方法 对96例住院病人随机分组 ,采用强力宁合并西米替丁治疗 5 6例 ,4 0例作对照 ,治疗 2～ 3周 ,继而药物减量 ,随访 ,观察。结果 治疗组临床症状缓解早 ,治愈率明显高于对照组 ,且有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 强力宁合并西米替丁在治疗过敏性紫癜中 ,能早期缓解症状 ,减少肾损害的发生 ,且方法简便 ,易于推广。

Objective To research the treatment of children anaphylactic purpura so as to relieve the symptom and postpone the occurrence of renal injury.Methods 96 cases of patients were divided randomly into two groups.The treatment group(56 cases) were treated with QiangLiNing combined with cimetidine for 2～3 weeks before reducing the dosage and follow-up observation.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom was eased up earlier in the treatment group.The curative ratio was strikingly higher than in the control group.There were significant differences( P <0.05).Conclusion QiangLiNing combined with cimetidine is an effective agent in treatment of patients with anaphylactic purpura.The symptom eased up early.The occurrence of renal injury was reduced.The method is simple and is generalised easily.
