摘要
对20只雏鸡骨髓内不同发育阶段的粒细胞进行了透射电镜观察。结果表明,鸡的粒细胞系统有许多特点:异嗜性粒细胞内的颗粒可分A、B型,随着细胞从幼稚到成熟,颗粒的形态、数量发生变化。不同发育阶段的嗜酸性粒细胞内,颗粒的形态、结构相同,数量不同。嗜碱性早幼粒细胞内,颗粒呈空泡或部分空泡状,成熟阶段的颗粒可分;Ⅰ。
In the present paper, granulocytic system in the bone marrow of 20 chickens were observed by a transmission electron microscope. In heterophilic granulocytes there were A and B type of granules, which varyed in size, shape and nunber with these cells developping. The granules, which varyed in size, shape and number with these cell developping. Thegranules of eosinophilic granulocyte in the various stayes were similar in size, shape and content, but dissimilar in number. All or a part of basaphilic granules in young stay were vacuoles. The granules could be divied into two types of Ⅰ and Ⅱ in the mature basophilic granuloeyties.
