摘要 依据溶剂萃取理论及氧化脱硫原理,应用正交实验设计优化了柴油氧化脱硫工艺.实验发现,以双氧水为氧化剂时,碱与氧化剂用量是影响脱硫率的主要因素;以过氧乙酸为氧化剂时,剂油比是影响脱硫率的主要因素;用过氧乙酸作氧化剂比用双氧水的脱硫率高得多.最佳工艺条件为:剂油比1∶7,氧化剂用量6%,反应时间15min,冰醋酸1%.此时柴油的脱硫率为46.2%. Based on the theory of solvent extracting and the principle of oxidative desulfurization, the oxidative desulfurization technology of diesel oil is optimized by orthogonal experiments. The experiments show that, the dosages of base and oxidant are the main factors of influencing desulfurization rate when hydrogen peroxide solution is used as oxidant; the ratio of solvent to diesel oil is the main factor of influencing the desulfurization rate when peroxyacetic acid is used as oxidant. The desulfurization rate when peroxyacetic acid is used as oxidant is much higher than that when hydrogen peroxide solution is used as oxidant. The optimal technology is that the ratio of solvent to oil is 1∶7, the dosage of oxidant is 6%, reaction time is 15 min, and the dosage of glacial acetic acid is 1%. Under the optimized technology, the desulfurization rate of diesel oil is 46.2%.
