摘要
目的 :激光汽化椎间盘减压 (PLDD)治疗腰椎间盘突出症。方法 :采用腰 3 ,4或腰 4,5椎间盘穿刺 ,导入激光光纤 ,利用激光能量 ,使穿刺部位的髓核化形成空腔。结果 :椎间盘内压减低 ,突出的间盘组织回缩 ,神经根受压解除 ,症状消失。结论 :PLDD技术 ,可以确切地说是目前治疗腰椎间盘突出症最先进 ,最具有微创性 ,最安全的方法 ,因此必将受到广大腰腿痛患者的青睐。
Objective:to study percutaneous laser disc decompression(PLDD) to treat the lumbar disc protrusion.Methods:puncture in lumbar vertebrae space between lumbar vertebra 3 and 4, or 4and 5. The puncture needle was located at the center of the intervertebral space, then the optical fiber was inserted; the laser energy gasify the nucleus pulposus. Results:the pressure of the intercerbral disc was reduced, and the compression of the nerve root and annulus fibrosis the protrusion was relieved.Conclusion:percutaneous laser disc decompression(PLDD) is safe and effective, and the trauma is small. Its effect is positive.
