摘要
目的 :探讨十二指肠憩室的外科治疗。方法 :通过对十二指肠憩室病人术中所见及手术术式选择的分析 ,指出了术式选择的依据及手术具体方法 ,并进行了经验探讨。结果 :十二指肠憩室病人应严格掌握手术适应症 ,而术式选择是手术成功的关键。
Objective:To study the operative treatment of duodenal diverticulosis.Methods:The clinical data of 21 patients with duodenal diverticulosis treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and conclude the bases of the choice of operation、methods, and ivestiagted the experience. Results:To hold the indication strictly,and to choice the method of operation are the most important reasons to treat duodenal diverticulosis successfully.
