腹腔镜手术治疗外伤性脾破裂(附12例报告)

Laparoscopic treatment on traumatic spleen rupture:with a report of 12 cases

目的 :探讨腹腔镜手术治疗外伤性脾破裂的可行性。方法 :回顾分析腹腔镜手术治疗外伤性脾破裂 12例的临床资料。结果 :12例均在腹腔镜下完成 ,术后 5～ 7d出院 ,无并发症发生。结论 :腹腔镜手术治疗外伤性脾破裂具有患者痛苦小 ,损伤轻 ,康复快 ,脏器干扰小 ,腹腔冲洗方便、彻底等优点。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of the laparoscopic treatment on traumatic spleen rupture.Meth-ods:The clinical data of12cases with spleen rupture treated by laparoscopy were analyzed restrospectively.Results:All operations were performed successfully by laparoscopy.The patients were discharged from hospital5-7ds after operation,with no complications occuring.Conclusions:There are many advantages treating traumatic spleen rupture by laparosco-py,including less pain,quicker recovery,less disturbance to organs and so on.
