摘要
光敏剂吸光敏化为三线态,与溶液中的O2反应产生单线态氧(1O2).后者与二苯卡巴肼(DPCI)反应,生成二苯卡巴腙(DPCO),DPCO被苯 四氯化碳萃取的有机相,在563nm处有强吸收,吸光度值与光照时间和光敏剂浓度呈一定的量效关系,从而可以检测1O2的产生及其相对产量,方法简便易行.
When lighted, photosensitizers are transferred into triplets.When it reacts with oxygen in solution, singlet oxygen(~1O_2) is produced, which can oxidate diphenylcarbonzide(DPCI) into diphenylcarbonzone(DPCO). The latter, extracted by benzene and tetrachloride, shows great absorbency at 563?nm. Its absorbency is correlative to the illumination time and the concentration of photosensitizer. Sequentially the produce and output of singlet oxygen can be easily detected.
