摘要
本文针对定子采用蒸发冷却方式的大型异步电机建立了转子三维温度场的计算模型 ,并以一台样机为实例 ,计算了两种通风方式 (不带风扇和一端风扇 )下转子和端环的温度分布 。
The calculation model of rotor 3D temperature field for a large induction motor was established when stator is cooled by the evaporative cooling. Based on a sample induction motor, the temperature distribution of the rotor and end-ring in the two ventilation conditions (without and with one fan on the side) were calculated. It’s a great help to choose the ventilation structure of large special induction motor.
