摘要
本文研究了ABB 75MW空冷汽轮发电机组 3 #轴承振动。主要原因是由转子的热不平衡引起的。提出了将 18Z型的端部结构改成 18L型的结构来解决机组的振动问题 ,为类似机组振动的分析及处理提供了参考。
The vibration of No.3 bearing was investigated in ABB 75MW air cooled turbogenerator unit. The main vibration reason is considered to be thermal unbalance of generator rotor.This problem can be solved by changing end structure from 18Z type to 18L type .The abnormal vibration of the unit has been eliminated successfully.
