摘要
某厂 4号锅炉运行 2 0 5 32h后 ,发现水冷管发生比较严重的腐蚀 ,采用化学、金相、电镜等手段对腐蚀产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,该腐蚀是Cl离子参与的孔蚀 ,表面机械划伤及腐蚀痕迹是管壁严重孔蚀的重要原因。
After 20 532 hours of operation, the inner surface of water cooling pipe of boiler was corroded seriously. By means of chemical analysis, metallographical examination and SEM inspection, the cause was analysed. The results showed that hole corrosion caused by Cl ion, surface mechanical scrape and corrosion trace played a key role in hole corrosion.
