Eliminating Cold Punching Crack of 1Cr17 Stainless Steel Strip

对国产 1Cr17不锈钢带进行冷冲压成形时 ,出现穿透性裂纹 ,而从日本进口的钢带则从不产生冲压裂纹。同时对国产钢带和进口钢带作了化学成分分析、金相组织观察、夹杂物分析、力学性能测试和杯突试验 ,结果两者并无差别。通过对冷冲压过程的实地观察分析 ,找准了裂纹产生的原因。采取对应的措施后 ,冲压裂纹立即消失。

When cold punching 1Cr17 stainless steel strip made in China, it cracked, while the stainless steel strip made in Japan did not. There is no difference between them on chemical composition, microstructure, inclusion, mechanical property and deep-drawing property. By observing and analyzing cold punching process at the factory, the cause of the crack formation was found. After applying a corresponding measure, the crack disappeared at once.
