摘要 通常的扫频源法对系统进行校准时只能校准其幅频响应而丢失了相位信息。本方法可以利用Hilbert(希尔伯特)变换恢复原扫频源法丢失的相位信息,由幅度和相位信息重构宽带系统的冲激响应和阶跃响应,以实现对宽带系统,例如各类示波器进行较为精确的校准。 The phase information is lost when system is calibrated using ordinary sweeping method. The proposed method can resume the lost phase information according to Hilbert transform. The Amplitude and phase information reconstruct the impulse response and step response of system. So for broadband system,for example,oscilloscopes can be calibrated accurately. This method is verified by simulation and experiment.
