摘要
利用有限元方法研究了一对直齿圆柱齿轮啮合过程中 ,随着啮合位置的变化 ,齿面接触应力和齿间载荷分配的情况。结果表明 ,摩擦系数使得齿面接触应力和前一对轮齿的载荷分配率增大 。
The condition of contact stress and load distribution among teeth has been studied which varies with the engaging position in the meshing process of spur gear. The results indicate that friction force can enlarge contact stress and load share of the former meshing teeth.
