加味化肝煎治疗消化性溃疡60例疗效观察

Effective Observation on 60 Cases of Peptic Ulcer Treated by Modified Huagan Decoction

目的 :观察加味化肝煎治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法 :采用加味化肝煎加雷尼替丁治疗消化性溃疡 6 0例 ,并与单用雷尼替丁治疗的 6 0例进行对照 ,并通过胃镜检查、1 4 C—尿素呼气试验 (UBT)测试HP、X线气钡双重造影检查及证候观察对比治疗结果。结果 :治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 96 6 7%和 6 3 33% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论

Objective: To observe the clinical effection of modified Huagan decoction for treating peptic ulcer. Mathod:60 cases of peptic ulcer were treated by modified Huagan decoction and Ranitidine and controlled with 60 cases treated by Ranitidine. The contrast results were observed by gastroscope,14C-urea breathing test,X-ray pneumobarium double contrast examination and symptoms. Results:The total effevtive rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The theary of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine for treating peptic ulcer has good foreground.
