微波技术在防腐泡沫夹克管料位检测中的应用

摘要 本文给出了一种在生产防腐泡沫夹克管过程中检测泡沫料位的有效方法—微波检测方法.这种方法解决了防腐泡沫夹克管“一步法”成形新工艺全自动生产线设计中的关键问题,为防腐泡沫夹克管生产线计算机自动化提供了可靠的技术保证.文中给出的实验测试结果证明了该方法的有效性和可行性. This paper presents an effective detection method- microwave detection method, which can be used in the material pposition detection for antiseptio foamed jacket pipes. Therefore, it solves the main problem in the design of ' one step forming'- a new technology for automatio assembly line of antiseptic foamed jacket pipes. In addition in antiseptic foamed jacket pipes production. The paper also gives some test results to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
