摘要
目的 探讨烹调油烟对职业接触人群免疫功能及遗传毒性的影响。 方法 通过问卷调查筛选出广州市东山区 110名男性餐饮业从业人员作为研究对象 ,测定其唾液溶菌酶和外周血淋巴细胞微核发生率。 结果 烹调油烟接触组外周血淋巴细胞微核率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并与其接触工龄呈显著正相关。唾液溶菌酶含量两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 烹调油烟可损伤细胞遗传物质 ,具有一定的遗传毒性 ,对免疫功能的影响有待进一步研究。
Objective To estimate the effects of cooking oil fume on immunity function and genetic toxity of workers occupationally contacted with COF. Methods 110 subjects with jobs of catering trade were enrolled into this study by questionnaire investigation, activity of Lysozyme, micronucleus formation of lymphocyte in periphery lmyphocytes were determined. Results Compared with control group, micronucleus formation of lymphocyte in periphery lymphocytes in COF contacted group are significantly higher. Conclusion COF may have genetic toxity. But the harm to immunity function need a further study.
