摘要
目的 探讨有效的胃镜清洗与消毒方法 ,比较含酶洗涤剂 (四槽法 )与三槽法清洗消毒细菌学监测的结果。 方法 40支胃镜经四槽法清洗消毒后和 42支胃镜经三槽法清洗消毒后作细菌学监测。 结果 四槽法与三槽法对比 ,其细菌数分别为 ( 5 .1± 2 .3 )和 ( 2 0 .6± 4.5 )cfu/件 ,P <0 .0 1。 结论 含酶洗涤剂能显著提高胃镜的消毒效果。
Objective To investigate the results of bacteriological surveillance after four steps and three steps disinfection . Methods 30 gastroscopes were disinfected by four steps and 30 gastroscopes by three steps before bacteriological surveillance. Result The bacteria left in gastroscope after 3 or 4-step disinfection were 5.1±2.3 and 20.6±4.5(cfu/piece) respectively(P<0.01). Conclusion The four-step method disinfection was used as the disinfection before glutaraldehyde, which can improve the effect of disinfection greatly.
