健康查体人员自身因素与查体意识、查体费用关系的调查分析

Investigation Analysis on the Relationship of People’self Factor for the Need of Health-examination,Active Intention to Make it Regularly and the Examination Costavy

目的 探讨不同类型人群健康查体的影响因素并找出相应解决对策。方法 对 2 3 5名门诊健康查体人员进行了查体人员自身因素、查体意识、查体费用来源的问卷调查。结果 查体人员的年龄与查体间隔时间关系密切 ,1年次查体间隔人员共 12 9人占被调查人数的 5 4.89% ,大于 60岁组高达 88.89% ;查体费用在某种程度上左右影响了健康查体的频率和查体主动性 ;对此前是否有过自费查体经历的调查显示 :3 0岁以下年龄组占大多数 ,这可能与求学、就业需要查体资料有一定关系 ,而 41岁以上组则明显减少。结论 健康查体频率、意识、主动性与查体费用密切相关。建议普及医疗体检制度 ,鼓励参与医疗保险 。

Objective The purpose of this article is to study the influence of the different kinds of people regarding the helath-examination and try to find out the counter-messure for this problem.Method To make the roll examination investigation for the 235 health-examination people for self factor,intention of health-examination, money resource for the examination.Results The close relationship for the ages and period of time of health-examination. There are 129 people making the health-examination once in a year, covering 54.89%. For those over age 60 the percentage is up to 88.89%. The examination cost influences the times for the health-examination and the intention to some extent. The previous investigation for those who make the health-examination on their own cost shows for people below 30 years old covering the most majority.This is because of the relationship of the need of health-examination for employment and college education.For those over 41 years old seldom make the health-examination on thieir own cost.Conclution The interval of health-examination,idea,intention are close related to the cost.The study suggests that the system of health-examination must be widely diffused,and should be encouraged people to take part in the medcine insurance,so as to make them have active intention for health-examination.
