摘要
目的 :观察胰酶对肠唇状瘘病人肠内营养物质吸收功能的影响。 方法 :对 11例肠唇状瘘病人给予肠内营养支持 ,非蛋白质热量为 14 6kJ/ (kg·d)、氮量 0 .2 5 g/ (kg·d)。测定应用胰酶前后粪中脂肪、氮和糖类总量的变化 ,及血清蛋白质水平。 结果 :使用胰酶后粪中总氮、总脂、总糖的排出量明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。血清总蛋白、清蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白、纤维连接蛋白明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :胰酶能明显改善肠瘘病人对肠内营养物质的吸收。
Objective: To observe the effect of pancreatic enzyme in enteral nutrition in patients with stomal type fistulas. Methods: 11cases with stomal fistulas were supported with total enteral nutrition (TEN).They received 146 kJ/(kg·d) of non-protein calorie (NPC) and 0.25 g/(kg·d) nitrogen. Feces were collected, and fecal nitrogen,fat and carbohydrate were determined. The levels of serum albumin, prealbumin(PA), transferrin(TFN) and fibronectin(FN) were monitored . Results: The loss of nitrogen, fat and carbohydrate in feces was decreased during use of pancreatic enzyme(P<0.05),and serum albumin, prealbumin, transferrin and fibronectin were rised significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions: The use of pancreatic enzyme is effective in improving the nutritional status in EN patients with stomal type fistulas.
