摘要
目的:建立有效的烤瓷冠/桩复合体三维有限元模型,为其生物力学特性的研究提供基础。方法:采用螺旋CT扫描,自编软件、Solidworks和FEMAP软件相结合的方法。结果:重建的三维有限元模型与实体模型具有高度的几何相似、力学相似性,网格质量较好,模型可以根据需要进行简便易行的修改。结论:将CT扫描技术、数字图像处理技术与有限元方法结合起来,可以建立有效的烤瓷冠/桩复合体三维有限元模型,为口腔生物力学的研究与修复体的优化设计提供了研究手段。
Objective: To provide a valid model for biomechanics researches of the post-core and PFM complex by constructing three- dimensional finite element model. Methods: SCT scanning technology was used in combination with self-fabricated software, Solidworks software and FEMAP software. Results: The constructed model simulated the morphology and mechanical characters. weir with high quality of mesh and easy operability. Conclusions: A valid three- dimensional finiteelement model can be constructedby combination of CT technology, digital imageprocessing technology and finite element method, which provide measures to oral biomechanical researches and optimizes optimum design of restoration.
