摘要 多描述编码(MDC)是视频传输抗误码的主要技术之一,但在只有较少描述用于重枸视频时,不能得到满意的图像。本文将MD-SPIHT方法扩展到3D-SPIHT,提出了基于小波芟换的视频MDC与子波树恢复的联合抗误码算法,仿真实验结果证实了该算法的有效性。 Multiple description coding (MDC) is one of the major techniques to combat channel disturbances for video. However, only a few descriptions are successfully received, the receiver can still reconstruct a lower quality video. This paper extends MD-SPIHT algorithm to 3D-SPIHT,and proposes a joint MDC and wavelet-tree restoration algorithm to combat channel disturbances. The algorithm performs well in performance simulations.
